2024 AMP Summer Series Session I - Large Music Ensembles

This application is for Session I -  Large Ensembles

The Atlanta Music Project Summer Series is a 4-week music festival and school, based in the Capitol View neighborhood in Southwest Atlanta. The 2024 AMP Summer Series will be held in two sessions during June 2024 and feature a symphony orchestra, string orchestra, wind ensemble, choir, chamber ensembles, and several concerts by AMP students. The AMP Summer Series serves novice, intermediate, and advanced musicians in grades 4  through 12 (including rising 4th graders). 

2024 AMP Summer Series Session I – Large Ensembles Details

• June 3, 2024 to June 21, 2024
• For intermediate & advanced band, orchestra, and choir students
• Grades 6 to 12 (includes students completing 5th and 12th grade in the 2023 - 2024 school year)
• Teacher recommendation required

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, STUDENTS MUST COMMIT FULLY TO ATTENDING ALL THE DATES IN SESSION I:

AMP SUMMER SERIES SESSION I: June 3, 2024 to June 21, 2024

All accepted applicants will receive a full-tuition scholarship to attend the AMP Summer Series, which includes daily lunch, an afternoon snack and an AMP instrument for those needing to borrow one.  There is a nominal registration cost, which is non-refundable.
