ABOUT THE AMP PREPARATORY STRING ORCHESTRAS
The AMP Preparatory String Orchestras are group classes for violin, viola, cello, and double bass serving students in grades 1 to 6. These group classes are designed for students interested in making friends while learning and performing music in an orchestral setting. No experience is needed. All instruments and class materials are provided on loan by AMP.
REHEARSAL & CONCERT SCHEDULE
Students in the AMP Preparatory String Orchestras will rehearse twice a week.
Tuesdays: 5:00-6:15PM
Thursdays: 5:00-6:15PM
During the AMP Preparatory String Orchestra season, there are two mandatory concerts students must participate in. These concerts take place on November 18, 2025 and April 28, 2026.
TUITION
All students receive a full scholarship covering tuition.
REGISTRATION FEE
Each student will have to pay a $25 non-refundable registration fee ($10 for each additional sibling) per school year. Before completing your registration, you will be asked to pay the non-refundable registration fee. Payment plans are available. Please note: No student will be turned away due to financial hardship.

Participants must be entering grades 1 to 6.
Minimum: 1
Maximum: 60
